Boilerplate

Copy these verbatim if it saves you time. That’s what they’re for.

One line

An isometric marble roller that keeps derailing into other games.

One paragraph

Marble Magnificence is a 90-second marble roller for iPhone and Apple TV in the Marble Madness lineage — except it isn’t mean, you can spin the whole world with your other thumb, and every so often the level stops being a marble game. A ramp becomes a bowling lane. A corridor flattens into a side-scroller. A gargoyle challenges you to a turn-based duel. Same marble, different rules. Falling off costs a second and a half and is usually the funniest thing that happens to you all run.

The technical angle

Built in native Swift with SceneKit and a hand-written sphere solver running at a fixed 120 Hz — no Unity, no engine licence. The game core is a Swift package with zero Apple-framework dependencies, so it unit-tests in under a second without a simulator and the renderer stays swappable. Levels are data on a one-unit grid rather than hand-placed scenes, which makes them diffable in git.

Artwork
